With a focus on providing a secure GenAI platform for automating service processes at scale, Ebbot has become an attractive partner for enterprises looking to deliver a world class AI service experience. Now signing the Nordic knowledge company Enento Group, Ebbot is set to automate customer support for multiple brands across four markets.

Since 2018, Ebbot has been at the forefront of chatbot and AI development. But the company's breakthrough came first in September 2023 with the launch of its generative AI model, EbbotGPT. It uses the same type of AI technology as used in ChatGPT, a Large Language Model (LLM), but with a clear difference: EbbotGPT is fine-tuned for service applications and fully hosted in the EU.

The implementation project began in March 2024, and within only three months, Ebbot and Enento successfully deployed nine generative AI service assistants tailored to each brand and market. The AI assistants, powered by EbbotGPT, assist Enento’s website visitors in real-time with information from the company’s websites and documentation. The integration with Salesforce, Enento’s CRM system, allows human agents to seamlessly take over AI-initiated conversations, further enhancing customer support efficiency.
