Press release: We’re opening our API for EbbotGPT

In celebration of the one-year anniversary of EbbotGPT, we are happy to announce that we are now opening our API for our EU-hosted LLMs, EbbotGPT. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to offer robust AI-driven customer service solutions that are fully compliant with EU data regulations.

Since our founding in 2018, Ebbot has been at the forefront of AI-powered service automation. Last year, we introduced EbbotGPT, our in-house developed large language model, becoming the first AI company in the Nordic region to offer a generative AI model specifically tailored for large-scale service automation, hosted entirely within the EU.

Unlike general-purpose AI models, EbbotGPT is fine-tuned to excel in service tasks and comes with advanced data management capabilities. This allows companies to restrict the AI’s use to only their specific data, ensuring responses are accurate, relevant, and customized to the user’s needs.

Since the launch, EbbotGPT has been successfully implemented by numerous large organizations to enhance both internal and customer-facing operations. Reported outcomes include lower operational costs, reduced average handling times, and increased customer satisfaction.

Building on this success, we are now introducing the EbbotGPT API, expanding the reach of our service-tuned LLMs to a broader range of service-related tasks.

This allows the API to access data directly, streamlining the integration of generative AI while ensuring data security.
